Dear Don,

Words cannot fully express my gratitude to you for your fine work during the recent sale of my house.

As you know, timing was perhaps the most critical consideration we faced. I really needed to be out of my house by the first week of June, yet needed to be here for my daughter's graduation the last week of May. Given the economic climate and the unpredictable listing season, I wasn't sure what to expect. Throughout the entire process (setting a price, getting the house market-ready, timing the soft-sell and the MLS-listing dates), I trusted your expertise. Your experience and intuition were on-target every step of the way.

"Your experience and intuition were on-target every step of the way."

Even after receiving a full asking-price offer within moments of the official MLS listing, you continued to advise me throughout the contract amendment process and I was able to lease back the house until my daughter graduated. Whether I needed help with finding a mover or a calm, steady presence during the inspections, you were always there for me. I found that I could depend on you for sound advice without any pressure to take any one particular action; you fully and clearly outlined my options, but always made sure that I knew the final decision was mine. Even after closing, you periodically checked in with me to see whether I needed anything. You conscientiously and perfectly balanced the professional side of being my Realtor with the personal aspect of being my neighbor and friend. Not many people could do that. You affirmed that my respect for you was well-deserved.

As you said, "We made a good team!" If I can offer a reference to a potential client or be of any help to you in the future, you need only ask. Thank you again for all your efforts on my behalf.

All the best to you and Susan,

Pamela Tomlinson
